Will insurance cover my visits?
Many insurance companies will reimburse for office consultations if you have a health condition for which diet is recognized as part of your plan (high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes are examples). Call your insurance to verify coverage for medical nutrition therapy as well as whether Debora A. Robinett or Health Enhancement Corporation are contracted with your plan. Copayments and deductibles may be paid at the time of service. Acceptable payment includes cash, check, debit, Mastercard, Visa and Discover.
How do I pay for a telephone consultation?
For telephone consultations, payment must be paid in full prior to the first session at the beginning of the consultation. Acceptable forms of payment include debit, Mastercard, Visa and Discover.

When payment is received and verified, we will send forms to be completed prior to your initial visit.
A minimum of 48 hours is required for cancellation or rescheduling of all appointments. For in-office consultations, full payment is expected at the time of service. For telephone consultations, payment must be paid in advance. All long distance calls, outside of Washington, will be made collect.
